This was my first dinner here, and it exceeded my expectations! From the moment | arrived, I felt welcomed by the soft lighting, lovely interior, and cozy atmosphere. We ordered a sushi roll, pork tonkatsu with rice and curry pork tonkatsu, fried calamari, and fried tofu--all of which were delicious. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. Free parking in the back of building.

What a high quality place. Great tasting Don Tatsu Ramen. Curry Don was absolutely awesome. Will try new things next time.

I visited YUME Ramen Sushi & Bar and was completely blown away. The quality of the ingredients is top-tier; we tried a fresh tuna roll with crab and tobiko that was incredibly delicious and beautifully presented. The drinks were super refreshing, and to top it off, the matcha cheesecake was smooth, creamy, and had the perfect level of sweetness. On top of that, the ambiance with the warm lighting and decor makes it super cozy. It has definitely become one of my favorite sushi spots in Charlotte! 100% recommended.

YUME recently renovated the restaurant, and it looks amazing! The food was outstanding, and the fish was incredibly fresh. I highly recommend the chirashi bowl—it was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Definitely worth a visit!

A great spot for gluten free options. Our server was very knowledgeable about what was gluten free, and anything she couldn't confidently answer, she asked the chefs for clarification! She even pointed out one item that was gluten free but not appropriately marked on the menu- the truffle salmon. They do not have a separate fryer but gluten free items are prepared in a different area. There were many gluten free options, including yakitori, ramen, and most of the nigiri! The ramen uses rice noodles and they take out the soy marinated egg. The quality of the sushi was incredible and reasonably priced- especially the chirashi.
